Clone to Steal Eggs Potions Guide
Cash, Train, and Luck potions timed around treadmill AFK, hatches, and clone upgrades.
Potions are short windows that double key stats in Clone to Steal Eggs. Used well, a ten-minute Cash or Train buff funds a treadmill tier or clone portal you would otherwise grind for. Used poorly, you burn UPD1 while Magia Yeti is still sitting in the inventory. This guide covers the three potion types tied to current codes — Cash, Train, and Luck — plus how shop potions fit the same timing rules.
Active code sources as of early October 2026: UPD1 (Cash Potion), TRAIN1 (Train Potion), LUCK1 (Luck Potion). Full redemption steps live on the codes hub.
Potion types at a glance
| Potion | Typical effect | Best moment |
|---|---|---|
| Cash | ~2× Cash earnings for ~10 minutes | Pen already filled with best pets; mid upgrade shopping |
| Train | ~2× Speed training for ~10 minutes | Standing on your highest treadmill during AFK |
| Luck | ~2× Luck for ~10 minutes | Hatching mid/high zone eggs or hunting mutations |
Timers and exact multipliers can be retuned in Saturday patches — if a buff feels shorter after an update, re-check Discord notes and this page after we refresh (updates).
Cash Potion timing
Cash Potions multiply pet income and sales while active. Checklist before pressing Activate:
- Redeem Magia and place the Yeti in an active slot.
- Fill remaining slots with your best Cash/s pets (tier list).
- Plan the Cash you are about to spend (treadmill, base multiplier, or clone count).
- Activate, then buy the upgrade immediately so the doubled income rebuilds the stack.
Do not activate Cash Potion on an empty pen. Doubling zero is still zero.
Train Potion timing
Train Potions are the AFK player’s best friend. Stand on the highest treadmill you own, enable the potion, and leave the window focused enough that Roblox does not disconnect. Pair with the habits in train Speed and AFK farm.
After the buff ends, open Manage Clones and test whether you can raise the egg zone target by one tier. That is the entire point of Train Potion — converting ten minutes into a new gate.
Luck Potion timing
Luck Potions shine when eggs are about to hatch or when clones are targeting mid and high zones. A practical sequence:
- Set clones on the highest reliable zone.
- Let a batch of eggs accumulate on the plot.
- Activate Luck.
- Hatch the batch while reading Cash/s and mutation/size (mutations).
- Replace weak slots, then resume farming.
If you only have one Luck Potion from LUCK1, save it for the first session after Magia is online and you can reach at least a mid zone.
Combining potions with rebirth
Cash Potion → spend into upgrades → if rebirth cost is now a few minutes of income, take the rebirth while the pen is still strong. Train Potion does not need to overlap rebirth; Speed gains persist. Luck Potion should finish hatching before you AFK again.
Shop potions vs code potions
Codes are free and should always be redeemed first. Shop potions cost Cash or Robux depending on the offer — buy them only when:
- You already understand the timing above.
- The next Speed gate or hatch batch is worth the spend.
- You are not starving clone portal upgrades to buy redundant buffs.
Battle pass tracks sometimes grant potions as quest rewards. Claim them, but still schedule activation — inventory potions do nothing until used.
Mistakes that waste potions
- Activating Train Potion while standing off the treadmill.
- Activating Cash Potion before placing Magia Yeti.
- Stacking Luck during pure Starter farming when hatches will be sold anyway.
- Leaving potions unopened for “later” and forgetting them after a Saturday wipe of UI state (rejoin and check inventory).
Link the potion loop to the rest of the wiki
Day-one order: Getting Started → redeem codes → place pets → Train Potion AFK → raise zones → Luck hatch → Cash upgrade → rebirth. Optional automation can auto-use potions — read safety notes on scripts before enabling that toggle on a main account.
Potions are not a substitute for Speed gates or clone portals. They are accelerants. Fire them when the rest of your setup is ready to convert the buff into a permanent upgrade, and every code reward starts feeling like a planned spike instead of a random pop-up.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What potions do Clone to Steal Eggs codes give?
UPD1 gives a Cash Potion, TRAIN1 a Train Potion, and LUCK1 a Luck Potion. Magia and Release give pets instead.
When should I use the Train Potion?
While standing on your best treadmill during an AFK training window, then raise your clone zone target if Speed allows.
When should I use the Cash Potion?
After your best pets are in active slots and you are ready to buy a treadmill, base, or clone upgrade.
When should I use the Luck Potion?
When hatching eggs from mid or high zones, or when hunting better mutations and sizes.
Do potion effects stack forever?
No. They are short timed buffs. Activate them deliberately; unused potions sit in inventory until you use them.
